Yoga Therapy is a crafted, personalized practice to help bring balance, ease, and wellness. These sessions use a wide range of tools including Yoga postures, breath work, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and more. Emily is also happy to include the support of herbs as interested. In your email please include three possible times you can meet. If you have any availability on Tuesdays please include that time, as that is a preferred day to meet with students.
